DELIVERY & RETURNS 

- Deliver Rates 
 
Here at instra.shop we run a very fair delivery service. 
 
Orders must be placed before 11am to guarantee that your goods are dispatched on the same working day, note that our next day delivery service is not guaranteed. 
 
There is no minimum spend on your order. 
 
Before goods are despatched, cleared funds must be in place. 
 
Carriage is not included in your order total and its charged at £1.50 + VAT 
 
If there are any variations to the rates, we will contact you to advise of the correct rate. 
 
To make sure your delivery charges are kept at a minimum we will call you if there is space in your carton. 
 
Any orders placed online on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be shipped the next working day. 
 
- Collections 
 
We are more than happy for you come and collect your order directly from our Leicester based warehouse. All you need to do it place your order for collection and we will contact you once the order is finished. Upon collecting and order you will need some photographic ID. 
 
- Delivery Address 
 
Delivery will be to the delivery address selected or provided by you in the ordering web pages. If no address was selected, then delivery will to the billing address you provided. 
 
- Delivery Days 
 
We deliver on Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays, between 8am and 6pm. Saturday delivery available to UK mainland only at an extra charge between 8 am and 12 pm. If you order after 1.00 pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. 
 
- Delivery Timescales 
 
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the goods by the delivery dates or within the delivery timescales stated. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors beyond our control and therefore delivery times are not guaranteed. 
 
- Failure to Receive the Goods 
 
If delivery is attempted within our stated delivery hours and you are not present to collect the goods, and redelivery has to be arranged then we may charge you for any costs incurred. 
 
- Delivery Note 
 
All deliveries must be signed for before our carrier will release them to you. Signing for delivery is for simple proof of receipt purposes and will not affect any of your other rights 
 
- RETURNS POLICY 
 
If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing within 7 days from the day the order was placed, if the order is cancelled before being shipped then you shall be refunded the price of the goods and the delivery charges. If the order has already been shipped when you cancel it you must return the goods within 14 days from when the order was placed undamaged and in the original packaging, this will be at your own cost. We will not cover the costs for returning the item nor will we refund the original delivery costs. 
 
- If you wish to return any goods you need to first inform us via email to Keelstone91@gmail.com, once contact has been made and an agreement has been made we will send you a returns form which you will need to include with the goods. All returns must be delivered to the following address:
